Being a graduate student in archaeology, Blue decides to do some digging into her own past. She spends a day rehashing, reliving, and remembering the most significant rejections of her life in the hopes of determining if indeed there is a blockade standing in front of her heart, and if there is anything she can do to remove it.

To assist in her remembrance, Blue enlists the help of a box filled with childhood memorabilia. One by one she pulls out cues that trigger memories of past failed attempts at relationships spanning from the 5th grade through college.
